Kaktus is where Multi Solutions Construction proved a resort could be delivered on every front at once. Guest rooms and suites were built first, finished to five star standard with full blockwork, MEP, plaster, painting, gypsum ceilings, wood works, and porcelain and marble tiling. A private chalet cluster followed, carrying the same discipline unit by unit into a quieter, more intimate corner of the resort. Then came the restaurant, a full kitchen and dining fit out that turned Kaktus from a place guests sleep into a place they stay for the food.
Three builds, one standard held all the way through.
