Structure and MEP
Foundation, blockwork, and structural framing for the arena hall, boxing area, and washroom blocks, alongside full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in — ventilation for the gym floor, wiring for equipment and lighting, and drainage for the bathrooms.
Plaster, painting, and ceilings
Wall plastering and painting across the gym, boxing ring area, and changing rooms, with gypsum ceiling installation and lighting fit-out throughout the facility.
Flooring, tiling, and wood works
Impact-rated gym flooring and the boxing ring platform, along with marble and porcelain tiling in the bathrooms and changing areas, plus wood works for lockers, benches, and reception counters.
Equipment installation and handover
Boxing ring assembly, gym equipment installation, bathroom fixtures and fittings, signage, and final inspection ahead of handover.

Soma Sports Arena delivered a full sports and fitness facility — a gym floor, a dedicated boxing area with a competition-standard ring, and supporting bathroom and changing facilities. Work ran from 17 February 2025 to 1 September 2025, carried through structural build, full MEP, plaster and ceiling works, flooring and tiling, and final equipment fit-out — the same disciplined process room by room: new blockwork, full MEP, plaster, painting, gypsum ceilings, wood works, and marble and porcelain finishes.
